I have a passion for working with individuals who struggle with persistent depressive, obsessive, and/or anxious feelings and thoughts. I have worked with adults and adolescents within various faith-based and professional organizations. My experience includes working with obsessive compulsive behaviors, anxiety, complex trauma, and major depression.
I am an EMDR-Trained clinician and also have experience with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the Gold Standard treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Working with individuals experiencing obsessions, compulsions, anxiety, and/or depression is an area of special focus for me. I use Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) techniques. |
Bianca Gill, LMSW
I have experience working in a variety of social work settings including drug and alcohol treatment, homeless populations, and a pregnancy resource center. My passion is for helping mothers through pregnancy and the postpartum period, in particular the "4th trimester" which can be a very stressful time. I also provide counseling for those wanting to learn new coping skills for anxiety and depression. |

I enjoy working with children, young adults, and parents. My experience includes working in community mental health serving low income populations as well as working in a school setting. I have a particular passion for working with adolescents who are facing the struggles of the teenage years and, also, with parents who are having difficulties with parenting. My approach is focused on development and attachment based therapy and for young children I incorporate play therapy methods.
