It takes tremendous courage to look at yourself and decide to seek guidance, to look at your inner world and see that something needs to change to be able to have peace and joy. I can offer you empathy, respect and kindness in our journey together, where we will work as a team and explore actions to take in order to help you live life in a more meaningful way.
I understand the strength it takes to start a therapeutic relationship. I enjoy working with all ages and am especially passionate about helping young adults with depression, anxiety, and exploration of career vocations, as well as helping those navigating life changes and post-partum transitions.
